Scripps Mercy Physician Partners, a Medical Corporation (“SMPP”) has established a privacy policy regarding the use and protection of information provided by a user of its Website.

Should SMPP ask for certain information from you in which you will be identified, such information will be used only in accordance with this privacy policy.

A. Information Collected by SMPP. SMPP may collect certain information from you which includes the following: (a) name, (b) contact information including e-mail address, (c) demographic information such as preferences and interests, and (d) other information relating to surveys conducted either by SMPP or others that may include sponsors of the Partnersdocs.com Website.
