Dr. Paul D Wagner received his medical degree from the University of California, San Diego in 1992. He later completed a Residency and Internship at Scipps Mercy Hospital in San Diego as well in 1995.
Dr. Wagner has been practicing Internal Medicine for over 16 years and encompasses all his training in medicine and the ministry in his current practice.
