Dr. Mark E. Warlen received his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in 1992. He completed an internship at Alameda County Medical Center Highland Campus and an Opthalmology Residency at Alton Ochsner Medical Foundation in 1996. he later served an Opthalmology Fellowship at University of California, San Diego in 1999.
