Dr. Garrett J. Tallman received his medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine in 1992. He served his internship specializing in Surgery at the University of Texas Medical Branch and served his residency specializing in Orthopedic Surgery at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. He has additional fellowship training in ankle and foot reconstruction from the University of Texas.
