Dr. Arthur Perry received his medical degree at Emory University. After serving his General Surgery residency at the Jackson Memorial Hospital, Dr. Perry finished his Ophthalmology residency at the Emory University Hospital. He continued his medical training and completed his Oculoplastics and Reconstructive Surgery fellowship at the University of Arizona Health Science Center.

Dr. Perry is an expert eye surgeon known nationally and internationally. His areas of focus include Oculoplastics and Reconstructive Surgery. He continues to be active in eye surgery research, and he is consulting editor for ophthalmology journals. Dr. Perry is a senior staff member at Scripps Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Perry has over 37 years of medical experience, and he is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.  Dr. Perry is currently welcoming new patients.
