Dr. Anshu Gupta received his medical degree at the Government Medical College in India. He went on to serve his General Surgery internship at Providence Hospital and his General Surgery residency at Kern Medical Center. He continued his medical training by completing a Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery fellowship at Indiana University. In addition, he finished his Clinical Research fellowship at the University of California, San Diego.
Dr. Gupta specialty is in plastic and reconstructive surgery. He is trained in reconstructive surgery for birth defects, injuries to the face and hand, and deformities from cancer. He is active with research projects involving microsurgery, advances on breast reconstruction, and minimally invasive endoscopic plastic surgical techniques. Dr. Gupta extensive training gives him the ability to personalize his patients’ individual needs.
Dr. Gupta is certified by the American Board of Surgery. He is currently welcoming new patients.
