Dr. Andrew Hartman received his medical degree at the Medical University of South Carolina, College of Medicine. This is also where he served his General Surgery internship and his Orthopaedic Surgery residency. He continued his medical training and completed his Upper Extremity Surgery fellowship at the University of California, San Diego.

Dr. Hartman specializes in surgery of the hand, elbow, and shoulder. He strives to provide effective innovative and state-of-the-art treatment for his patients. He believes the combination of surgical expertise and mastery of state of the art techniques is essential to optimal patient outcomes and improving quality of life.

Dr. Hartman is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and Surgery of the Hand. He is currently welcoming new patients.
