Sahana Malik, MD

Dr. Sahana Malik is a general adult psychiatrist who practices within the Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Intensive Outpatient Program at Sharp Mesa Vista Hospital. She completed her medical training at Cooper Medical School of Rowan University. She went on to graduate from the Community Psychiatry Residency Track at the University of California, San Diego. She works with patients of all different backgrounds with the aim of helping people to improve their quality of life and achieve their future goals.  She takes on a holistic and culturally sensitive approach to care. She sees people who have mood, anxiety, and psychotic disorders, while also specializing in reproductive mental health, treating those who are pregnant or postpartum. She provides both medication management and therapy services.
