Dr. Richard Liu received his medical degree at the University of Toronto. He continued his medical training and completed an Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery residency at the University of Toronto.
Dr. Liu has extensive training in the field of Otolaryngology. Dr. Liu is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. He is currently accepting new patients.
