Dr. Peter Rullan received his medical degree at the University of Puerto Rico. After serving his Internal Medicine internship, Dr. Rullan completed his Dermatology residency at the University of California, Irvine.
Dr. Rullan has been awarded as one of “America’s Best Doctors” and selected by his peers as one of “San Diego’s Best Doctors” in San Diego Magazine. He has published numerous scientific articles and lectured both nationally and internationally. Dr. Rullan is also a Volunteer Clinical Faculty at the University of California, San Diego, School of Medicine in the Dermatology Department.
Dr. Rullan has over 30 years of medical experience. He is certified by the American Board of Dermatology and the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery specializing Dermatologic Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Rullan is currently accepting new patients.
