Dr. Speckart received his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine in 1968. He served his Residencies and Internship in Internal Medicine at the USC Medical Center. he completed his Endocrinology, Diabetes, & Metabolism Fellowship at the USC Medical center as well.
