Dr. Ni-Cheng Liang received her medical degree at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. She completed a residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Pulmonary Disease & Critical Care Medicine at the UC San Diego School of Medicine.
Dr. Liang is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Disease. She is currently accepting new patients.
