Dr. Jennifer Rullan received her medical degree from Ponce School of Medicine and Health Services in Puerto Rico. She then completed an Internal Medicine internship in the VA Caribbean Healthcare System. Dr. Rullan also completed a Dermatology residency at the University of Puerto Rico.
Dr. Rullan specializes in Dermatology. She focuses on the prevention and treatment of skin disorders, skin cancers, and other dermatologic conditions. Dr. Rullan provides individualized care, addressing specific patient needs and providing optimal health outcomes. She is on medical staff at Scripps Mercy Hospital.
Dr. Rullan has over 6 years of medical experience and she is certified by the American Board of Dermatology. She is currently welcoming new patients.
