Dr. Hung Nguyen grew up in southern California and attended college at the University of California, Los Angeles. He went on to complete his medical degree at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine and came back to California for his residency training. Dr. Nguyen trained at the prestigious USC Institute of Urology with internationally recognized leaders in the field.
He joined Genesis Urology to provide individualized urologic care to patients he treat. He strongly believes in doctors being advocates for their patients and guiding them through their medical care. Dr. Nguyen specializes in minimally invasive surgery and robotic surgery for treatment of benign and malignant urologic disease.
In his free time, Dr. Nguyen loves to cook and barbecue. He stays active by hiking, golfing, and playing with his two French Bulldogs. If you have a good recipe, he would love to try it out.
