Dr. Geoffrey K. Lange received his medical degree at Touro University California. He then completed his residency in Family Medicine at Kaweah Delta Medical Center. He also completed his fellowship in medical training at Eisenhower Health.
Dr. Lange practices at San Diego Sports Medicine in San Diego, California. He has a special interest in golf and is TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) certified. He has extensive knowledge of golf swing mechanics and injuries. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He is currently welcoming new patients.
