← Back to all physicians

Dr. Chandra Spring-Robinson has built her medical career on a simple commitment – to continually contribute to the greater quality of life for women and their loved ones. That commitment starts with listening, giving her a holistic view of her patients, not just a physical one. Her passion for patient-centered care led her from the biomedical engineering field into the laboratory as a research scientist focusing on medical imaging and metabolic analysis, and then ultimately to a patient’s bedside as a physician.

Dr. Spring-Robinson is a published scientist in nuclear medicine having both a Bachelors and a Masters of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. She attended medical school at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, Texas. She completed her Obstetrics & Gynecology Residency at the University of Buffalo in Buffalo, New York where she received a number of awards recognizing her surgical skills/abilities. Prior to joining San Diego Women’s Health, Dr. Spring-Robinson was an Attending Physician at the University of Buffalo where she also held the position of Academic Scholar training OBGYN residents.
