Need a quick way to understand bill reductions? Check out our new video, “Viewing a Pricing Sheet”, now available in the Help Menu on the Bill Search page of the Coventry Provider Portal.

In just a few minutes, you’ll learn how to:

• Locate a PPO-priced bill and click the recommended allowance to access your Coventry Pricing Sheet
• Identify two key columns:
  • Client Allow – shows reductions based on state fee schedules or usual and customary rates
  • Negotiated Rate – reflects your PPO network contracted rate and other pricing factors
• Review the summary table for a complete breakdown of all bill reductions, including those tied to workers’ comp regulations
